Black cohosh (Cimcifuga racemosa) 100mg

P-5-P (Pyridoxal-5-phosphate) - equiv. to Vitamin B6 30mg

Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food.
If you're new to taking DIM (the hero ingredient in Peri Meno Peace) - start on a gradual dose for the first week - to give your body time to adjust.
Open the capsule and pour half the contents onto a teaspoon. Reseal the capsule and take the remaining half the following day.
Not suitable to be taken alongside HRT or birth control medications.
Warning: In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver damage. If you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach pain, and/or loss of appetite, please stop using this product and see your doctor.
